Getting Connected - 3 Easy Steps

Getting Started
Fill out the questionnaire form to the right and submit. A member of our customer service team will then contact you within one working day to help with any questions you may have. Once you proceed beyond this point, you will be assigned a technical project manager to guide you through the pre-connection, installation and business services migration processes.

Installation
In consultation with your IT support, your EOL project manager will arrange an appointment for our engineers site visit. On arrival the engineer will test the signal strength, configure and install the radio equipment.
NOTE: The Internet services contract will need to be completed and signed by an authorised person before this step is completed.

Go Online
Before your computer network is connected to the EOL network it may be necessary for e-mail, domain services, web services, VPN and other network services to be reconfigured. Your project manager will advise your IT support through this process to ensure a trouble free migration to EOL's high speed network.

Our helpdesk staff are on hand 8:30am-8:30pm, 7 days to assist you with setting up mailboxes, domain names, web hosting or any other services to help you get the most from your Internet experience with EOL.

*NOTE: In the unlikely event that we cannot connect you for either technical reasons, non-line of sight issues or any fault of ours, there will be no cost to you for the engineers visit.
