Getting Connected - 3 Easy Steps
- Getting Started
- Fill out the questionnaire form to the right and submit. A member of our customer service team will then contact you
within one working day to help with any questions you may have and arrange an appointment for the engineers site visit.
- Installation
- On arrival the engineer will test the signal strength, and configure the radio equipment. If you choose a full install this will be completed as well. You will then need to sign the Internet Services contract and pay for the equipment.
- Go Online
- Connect your computer to your router. You should now be connected to the Internet, if not you may need to hire a
computer support person to make configuration changes or fit additional equipment to your computer.
Before your computer network is connected to the EOL network it may be necessary for e-mail, domain services, web services, VPN and other network services to be reconfigured. Your project manager will advise your IT support through this process to ensure a trouble free migration to EOL's high speed network.
*NOTE: In the unlikely event that we cannot connect you for either technical reasons, non-line of sight issues or any
fault of ours there will be no cost to you for the engineers visit. |
